He rawe (congratulations) to Courtney Anderson on winning the Trust Power Community Award recently. This award is fitting acknowledgement of the selfless, caring and committed service Courtney gives to our school and wider community. The hallmark of Courtney’s dealings with people is her warmth and genuine interest in the wellbeing of others. Courtney will complete two prestigious service awards this year, her Gold Duke of Edinburgh Hillary Award and the St Johns Grand Prior Award – an outstanding achievement. Courtney’s mentoring of young people at our school, support for St Johns Penguins, dancing to entertain senior citizens and her wider commitment to St John are all typical of her character – respectful, caring, responsible and considerate. Well done Courtney.
